Rick Miller - Educator
Education has always figured prominently in Miller’s work. His theatre productions (and outreach with Kidoons) embrace a "big picture" perspective, and an intersectional approach to current issues. He has taught masterclasses and given workshops to students and professionals all around the world, with a focus on solo theatre creation and devising multimedia theatre. Miller teaches Performance Creation at Toronto Metropolitan University, Acting for Voice-Over with On The Mic Training. and has taught Architecture of Creativity at the University of Toronto. The goal: to harness human creativity in order to address the challenges we face together in society.
